My recent race and trip to New York made for exciting blog posts, but it also delayed my monthly weigh-in update. And I’m going to delay it a few paragraphs longer, so I can share a couple photos from Six Flags!
Before I start with the scale, charts, data and all that, here’s how I’ve been spending 30-minute chunks of time, two or three times a day:

I don’t do official weigh-ins while traveling, since I’m away from my weight loss chart, so I missed my July weigh-in entirely, and I’m a week late for my August weigh-in. Better late than never! I stepped on the scale, nine weeks after my June 1st weigh-in, and here’s what it said:

I weighed myself a couple days ago, as I like to do when a new month arrives, and I’m pretty much the same weight I’ve been for the past few months (since two pounds isn’t a huge deal in the grand scheme of things).
The new month began when I was in Arizona, so my monthly weigh-in had to be pushed from the 1st of the month to the 3rd. Here’s my Weight Loss Chart…

Seems like punishment to weigh myself on a day known for pranks and practical jokes, but I established my own weigh-in calendar, and weighing myself on the first of every month, including April 1st, is part of the deal. And this is no joke: I’m up two pounds.
