My monthly weigh-in was delayed because of my completely awesome trip to Chicago. I weighed myself after I got home (on the 11th), but because of one thing or another, I’m now just getting around to this post. Without further delay, here’s my updated weight loss chart:

It’s a new month, which means it’s time to update my weight loss chart! I did my monthly weigh-in on September 1st, and I was hoping for good news. I worked hard in August, and gee, it sure would be nice to continue my little streak! I lost three pounds in July, and was in striking distance of reaching my lowest weight in two years.
