I’ve reorganized some of my headers. What’s In The RediSetGo installments are now here. Incredible Shrinking Clothes posts can be found here. Fruit & Veggie posts are here. Thanks!

Here are some of the posts that I really enjoyed writing and sharing, and some of the posts that have gotten the biggest reaction.  Look around and read some – it’s a great way to get acquainted with Keep It Up, David!

Anyone can regularly step on a scale to see how much weight they’ve lost (including me).  But I’ve come up with other, fun, visual ways to represent the pounds I’ve shed:

    Hi David!

I only just discovered your blog and haven’t had a chance to read through all of your posts. I just wanted to suggest two things that might help with motivation, as I see you’re always looking for new ways to find it. Both of them you may have already heard of, but it can’t hurt to mention them! First is DailyMile. It’s a website where you can log your workouts (running, biking, fitness, etc. etc. etc.), but it’s also similar to a social networking site in that you can have ‘friends’. Random people will friend you very fast, and you can search for all of your facebook friends on there as well. It is one of the most unconditionally supportive communities I’ve found for fitness.

The second thing is Ben Davis, of He has had a similar journey, and is very supportive of others. His blog is always entertaining.

Best wishes on your continued success!

    Hey David –

I saw you on the Ellen Show today and wanted to first congratulate you on your progress so far, and thank you for providing me additional inspiration.

I started my journey to get healthier in August 2010 and so far have lost 41lbs. I’m roughly two-thirds of the way to my goal and like you I’ve reached the point where weight isn’t coming off as quick and easy as it had been. I’m glad I’ve come across your blog, because reading about other people who are going through the same thing as me really helps keep me motivated.

    Keep up the great work!
