Here’s a quick and fun update: My Facebook post about “Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian” caught the attention of the trainer featured on that show! As you may recall, my last post was Read the rest of this entry »
Only two months left in 2016? For real? For real, folks. It’ll be 2017 before you know it. Which means this is my second-to-last weigh-in for 2016, and it’s a good one. Without any further ado, my weight loss chart!

I don’t do official weigh-ins while traveling, since I’m away from my weight loss chart, so I missed my July weigh-in entirely, and I’m a week late for my August weigh-in. Better late than never! I stepped on the scale, nine weeks after my June 1st weigh-in, and here’s what it said:

When it comes to my health and weight loss journey, I push myself. And the results are impressive. I’ve lost around 160 pounds, and kept it off for over four years.
There are so many times, though, that I simply feel that this isn’t good enough. And that’s when I start beating myself up. And it’s got to stop. I need to rethink weight loss maintenance.
