This month is nearly half over and I never posted my workout progress report from my weigh-in at the beginning of the month. Better late than never, right?
I did my weigh-in on the first of the month, as I always do, but that night I hopped on a jet plane and flew to Michigan for a wedding, and it slipped my mind when I returned four days later. Truth be told, I wanted to forget about it. Read the rest of this entry »

Before I get into my monthly deep-dive into health-related facts and figures, I wanted to share the YouTube video where I was interviewed by Kathy Miles.
