I’ve been using a new product to help me relax and ease muscle soreness, and I wanted to share it here. It’s called a Spoonk mat, and it’s unlike anything I’ve ever tried before.

At first glance, it may look like a yoga mat, but nope! It’s not. It’s covered in Read the rest of this entry »

So I was giddy when they had a stair-related question on “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.” My love of game shows and my love of stairs, finally united! Here’s the question:

It’s really not that hard a question – even if, like me, you’re not Read the rest of this entry »

This one falls in the ‘better late than never’ category. I weigh myself at the beginning of the month. This month’s weigh-in was delayed, because I was in the midwest for the first week of July, and even though I weighed myself last month, I forgot to blog about it. So today, you get a double dose of stats and graphs! Here’s my weight loss chart:

I’ve kept this baby for over seven years, and Read the rest of this entry »

Does working out on a sand dune sound horribly difficult? Guess what… IT IS! But I’m a guy always on the lookout for a new workout adventures, and this one certainly qualifies.

That’s me, in the dark blue shirt, trudging up a 100-foot sand dune. The dune is in Read the rest of this entry »
