Still Breaking Records on My Bowflex Max Trainer!

I’ve had my Bowflex Max Trainer for five and a half years. You could technically round that up to a decade! (But I won’t.) It’s an excellent piece of cardio equipment, and I love it as much now as I ever have. It’s a cross between an elliptical and a stair machine, and it really gets my heart rate going and engages all the muscles I use during my stair races.

They Can’t All Be Gems, Folks!

Hello everyone! Sorry for the extended delay between posts. I’ve been keeping busy! I spent some free time working on a maze commission, and this past week just got away from me a little bit. Plus, my birthday was a few days ago (I’m now 41), so I’ve been taking stock on a few things and thinking about this upcoming year. I’ll share more about that in my next post.
