I’ve never blogged during a global pandemic before! There are first times for everything.
What a depressing couple of weeks it’s been, thanks to the coronavirus and all the awful news that’s resulted because of it. On the whole, I’m in really good shape. There have been no confirmed diagnoses for anyone in my life that I know of. (Then again, Read the rest of this entry »

In November, I kicked off the 6 Week Challenge, using my Bowflex SelectTech 560 dumbbells. It was definitely a challenge, and the timing when I completed it couldn’t have been more perfect.

I leave tomorrow night to spend the holiday with my family, but I’ll be back, between Christmas and New Years, with lots to share. Wishing you all the greatest of holidays – and stay healthy! I have a big race in a few days – the YMCA Stair Climb for Los Angeles, in the 75-story US Bank Tower. I’m gunning for a personal best, which would be faster than 18:30. This week I’ve had to improvise with my final workouts – because, well, I’ve been busy!
