I’m not a big-time runner. It’s not my favorite form of exercise, but I do run every once in a while. I like that it’s a wonderful form of exercise I can do anywhere, without needing a gym or special equipment, and I especially like that it’s something I can do outdoors, because it’s so easy for me to spend so much of the day inside.
You know what I love more than running? Collecting statistics and making charts. So I started this running chart in the fall of 2010, when I started running for the first time, so I could see my progress and track my improvements.
I’ve run more often than just these entries, but sometimes I don’t (or can’t) collect the two pieces of information that this chart needs: my distance, and my time. When I do collect my distance and my time, I add my run to the chart! So keep checking back, because I plan to keep on running!
