One of my hard and fast weight loss rules is to never grocery shop when you’re hungry. Wandering the aisles on an empty stomach will lead to impulse purchases and poor choices.

Check out this view!

Now check out this feat: I’m at the top of the Manitou Incline, a 2,768-step stairway that goes straight up the side of a mountain in Colorado. It’s the longest flight of stairs I’ve ever climbed – and it’s something I’ve wanted to do for years. Read the rest of this entry »
