Today I’m answering a reader question, and it’s about a tried-and-true piece of fitness equipment: the stepmill! Let’s see what’s on Lily’s mind.
I’ve been dogsitting for the past few days. It’s been fun hanging out with my canine friends. There’s Scooter…

Scale the Strat is less than a week away! I’ve been training like crazy, and it’s paying off. I’ve never been more prepared for a stair climb race than I am for this one, and I’m glad that’s the case, because I have generous donors and my first-ever corporate sponsor – StairMaster! – and I don’t want anyone to think I’m slacking. I climbed 113 floors in 20 minutes! More importantly, Read the rest of this entry »
It’s been almost two and a half months since I’ve done any stair climb racing… time to announce my next race!
After competing in five stair climb races in and around Los Angeles (read about them all here), I’m spreading my wings and heading to a completely different state. So long, California… and hello, Nevada! My next race is on Sunday, March 2, 2014 and it’s up the tallest structure in Las Vegas…
At 1,149 feet tall, the Stratosphere is Read the rest of this entry »
