That’s me on the Octane Fitness LateralX, an incredible cardio machine I got to use earlier this year while visiting Portland. I raved about it right here on the very blog, but it’s a commercial-grade machine, meaning if you don’t have it at your gym, you’re pretty much screwed. NOT ANYMORE.

There’s nothing better than a crispy, crunchy snack. I crave potato chips (and corn chips) (and Cheetos) frequently, so I like having a way to satisfy that craving that’s actually nutritious. Enter zucchini chips. They are exactly what they sound like… and they start with zucchini.
