I love salads. I eat them all the time. Sometimes, though, I get a little tired of lettuce and other salad greens, so figuring out a delicious non-lettuce salad is always fun. And I came up with a great one: Cauliflower, Tomato, and Avocado Salad!

I’m liking peas right now. I’ve never disliked peas, but I’ve never eaten them much. Prior to last month, I had only bought peas twice in a decade, and it was bags of frozen peas to ice injuries.
