I hope everyone had a delightful Thanksgiving! I celebrated at my sister’s house in Colorado, where I always go for Thanksgiving. It was a quieter, smaller crowd this year, but it still was a fun day, surrounded by family.
It wasn’t a gluttonous, regretful day of eating for me, either, and that felt good. The reason is because Read the rest of this entry »

Now check out this feat: I’m at the top of the Manitou Incline, a 2,768-step stairway that goes straight up the side of a mountain in Colorado. It’s the longest flight of stairs I’ve ever climbed – and it’s something I’ve wanted to do for years. Read the rest of this entry »

Denver is the 12th city that I’ve raced in. I’m up to a dozen! (Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego, San Francisco, Phoenix, Seattle, Portland, Dallas, Chicago, Detroit, and New York City are the others.)
And I’ve haven’t even told you about the race yet! It was a killer. Read the rest of this entry »
