Finding time to exercise is hard. Talk about an understatement! We’re all busy to begin with, and now we get to add on holiday parties, Christmas shopping, putting up decorations, and all the other fun stuff that comes during this time of year.

It’s Halloween party season, and the food-based celebrations pretty much continue from now until the end of the year, thanks to Thanksgiving, holiday parties, Christmas, and New Years. That’s a lot of parties and events to navigate.

I have some great tips on fun ways to eat hard-boiled eggs, but first, a quick shout-out to my pal Dawn Jackson Blatner, because she inspired this post.
