My monthly weigh-in was delayed because of my completely awesome trip to Chicago. I weighed myself after I got home (on the 11th), but because of one thing or another, I’m now just getting around to this post. Without further delay, here’s my updated weight loss chart:
Down one pound! Every pound counts. Honestly, though, I wish it was more. I ate very well on my trip, but I guess it wasn’t enough to work off what I gained when I was laid up with a bum foot at the end of October.
But I’ll focus on the positive. One pound is one pound, and that brings my current total to 153 pounds lost. Losing and keeping off 153 pounds is quite the accomplishment. And I see that every time I look at my chart in its entirety:
